AHAWE is joining forces with several Orange County Health organizations and services to spearhead pubic holistic health
centers and form a bridge from the east to the west. To fulfill the needs of the Orange County population, AHAWE has become
the County's leader in organizing holistic centers to accommodate a growing poplulation looking for easily accessible
preventive care information and services. AHAWE is a leading provider networking like-minded health care professionals in
Orange County to create new centers with the goal of a center in each city in the Orange County area. These centers are all
devoted to the growing field of holistic health care and its delivery.
The first center to open this fall was the Brea Center, officials said. The site of the second center is located
in Fullerton and the newest center just opened in Huntington Beach this month. The centers provide health-oriented services
spanning the best of both worlds. The centuries old wisdom of the East with the modern advances of the West in preventive
health care.
It's the culmination of a great
deal of effort by a great many people in the Orange County area, and it marks the creation of a new resource for Orange County
residents. Margaret Zhao has long been known for her compassionate, effective care and efficient response, and these centers
will serve as public entry points to a health system capable of meeting Orange County residents' preventative care needs.
